With great interest and a packed hall, Nilex recently held one of our customer days, where businesses from across the Nordic region gathered to learn about our latest innovations in case management. The enthusiasm was palpable as participants immersed themselves in NSP12 and our AI assistant Nilo – tools that represent the next generation of digital case management.
NSP12 marks an important step in Nilex’s development of our solutions for Swedish municipalities. With over 30 years of experience in delivering reliable systems, we have now launched a platform that combines proven functionality with the latest technology.
NSP12 offers modern tools such as Kanban boards for visual project management, extensive integration options with Nilex Connectors, and an intuitive interface that simplifies everyday life for administrators.
One of the highlights of the customer day was the presentation of our AI assistant, Nilo. This initiative represents Nilex’s vision of how artificial intelligence can streamline and improve customer case management. Nilo is designed to support case handlers in their daily work through intelligent assistance, automation of routine tasks and smarter information management. The technology enables faster case management while maintaining and improving quality.
During the day, our CTO gave several insightful and inspiring speeches that both explained the technical basis for our innovations and looked ahead to future opportunities. With clarity and commitment, he described how NSP12 and Nilo are not only keeping pace with technological developments, but are actively shaping the tools of the future for municipal administration. The presentations were met with great interest and led to fruitful discussions on how these solutions can be implemented and adapted to the specific needs of different municipalities.
