Complete case management for the entire business

Nilex eSIGN Studio

Create and sign documents with Nilex E-signing. You can create different document templates using documents you have developed for different types of customer cases. Within the case, you can then initiate a signing process, and when the user/customer has signed the document, you will receive a receipt in Nilex.

We have traceability throughout the entire signing process. You can also use Nilex E-sign to sign out equipment listed in the CMDB. This gives you digital traceability when a user receives a new computer.
