Yes, our subscriptions are on an annual basis. This means that you sign an agreement that is valid for 12 months at a time, with the option to renew or cancel before the end of the agreement period.
Can we change versions if our needs change?
Yes, you can upgrade to a more comprehensive version at any time during the contract period. The upgrade is smooth and tailored to your new needs. Downgrading can be done at the next contract renewal.
How many users are included in each version?
Each version comes with a basic package for 5 users. Additional users can then be purchased.
