We are committed to ensuring that Nilex supports ITIL processes. That is why we are strengthening our expertise through the certification of our project manager Greger Nilsson, who is now a certified ITIL 4 Specialist in the core processes of incident, service desk, problem, event & monitoring, and service request. Our consultant Sanjin Lihovic was recently certified in ITIL Foundation.

With our NSP12 release, we will expand our support for ITIL 4 processes to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support in their work with Nilex.
