A little more about us

With our roots in Skåne, we develop customer-focused solutions entirely in-house. By combining in-depth industry knowledge, experience of case management systems and modern technology, we create tools that make a real difference for our customers.

Almost 30 years ago, in Helsingborg, Nilex was founded with a vision to help our customers keep track of their inventory. From this starting point, we developed systems that simplify organisations' work processes in case management. Since then, we have grown into a company with a full focus on case management systems, which are now used by thousands of users throughout the Nordic region.

We invested early on in optimising processes, which led to our system becoming ITIL-certified with version 3. By combining our heritage with constant innovation, we are now creating solutions that meet both today's and tomorrow's needs.

Nilex has two sales offices in Sweden, ten partner countries and is growing continuously, with approximately 40,000 instances currently installed. Approximately 60 per cent of these are in the public sector and 40 per cent in the private sector. More than 40% of municipalities in Sweden and approximately 30% of municipalities in Denmark are Nilex customers. Nilex is constantly growing through IT solutions and customer support.
