Many businesses have clear procedures, well-thought-out processes and a desire to do the right thing. Yet situations arise where something goes wrong \u2013 a task is missed, information is not communicated or a decision is made on the wrong grounds. Communication is the glue that holds an organisation together. It is through clear messages, follow-up and dialogue that employees can work towards the same goals. But when the links in the communication chain fail, even well-functioning businesses can quickly become unbalanced.<\/p>\n\n
